The family suite consists of 2 double bedrooms, a shared hallway and bathroom.
Extra cot: 5 eur per night
The months from June until September are considered high season.
dinner
We are passionate cooks and use homegrown or local ingredients (90% organic produce) to create our own take on traditional dishes: homemade pasta, the best local bread, Elisabeth’s homemade jams, excellent house wine, coffee crème brûlée to die for… The dinners are something to build up to and then relish, lingering into the night.
We serve the three course vegetarian dinner for 50 euro per person. Dinner is served from Monday until Thursday.
guided tours
We organise guided tours at the archeological site of the Roman villa of Monte and its centuries-old olive grove. Some of the trees are of enormous antiquity, and tests by the Institute of Vegetal Genetics in Spoleto have shown that these trees are unique varieties. It is tempting (and possible) to conclude that the oil from these trees, is as close as one might get to the taste of ancient Rome – eating history!
The guided tour takes about 1 hour 15 minutes and costs 15 euro per person.
